Dog stolen from kennel in Coalville
Police are appealing for information about the current whereabouts of a stolen dog that was taken from his home in Coalville last week.
The incident happened sometime between 7.30pm on Tuesday January 17 and 8.30am the following morning (Wednesday January 18), when the owners discovered that the kennel door had been opened and the dog, a Lurcher, was missing.
The kennel was sat outside at the back of the house and also contained a second dog, a Jack Russell, which wasnt taken.
Dancer has been described as a 3-year-old black Lurcher with brown spots around his eyes.
Detective Constable Darren Lewis, the investigating officer, said: Dancer is part of the family and his owners are desperate to have him back.
