Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Newton Burgoland, Coalville.
This incident happened between 7.10am and 5.25pm on Friday October 10 when thieves broke into the property and sole a number of items.
These included a black LG 37" LCD flatscreen TV, a Sony DSC-H9 camera and three Diesel watches, a black Sony PSP and docking station
Also taken were antique rings taken in this burglary, a men's titanium engagement ring with diamond inset and a twisted design, yellow gold ring with two diamonds and a saphire
A silver T registration Peugeot was spotted in the area prior to the burglary. The driver of the vehicle was described as a white man, aged 17 to 20-years-old, of average build with short straight dark brown hair.
PC Rich Watson, who is investigating this burglary, said: "We would be interested in talking to anyone who saw a silver Peugeot, possibly a 205 or 206 model in the area.
"It may be that this vehicle had nothing to do with the burglary so if you are the driver of this vehicle it is important you come forward and eliminate yourself from enquires.
"We would also be keen to hear from anyone who may have been offered to buy some of these times for sale? Maybe you trade second hand televisions, watches or antique jewellery, has anybody approached you attempting to sell to you in suspicious circumstances?
"If so please contact us as soon as possible with any information."
