Burglary on Market Street in Coalville
Police are appealing for information following a burglary at a premises on Market Street in Coalville.
The incident happened between 10pm on Friday January 30 and 9.40am on Saturday January 31, 2009 when thieves broke into the building by forcing open the door and once inside, stole a toolbox containing a quantity of tools and a number of items of jewellery including a men's silver ring.
The ring is described as having a large face with the letters JS engraved on it and two ruby stones on each side. It is of particular importance to the victim and he is very keen for its return.
PC Paul Anderson, who is investigating this incident, said: "If you were in and around the Market Street area between these times please think back and see if you can remember anything suspicious.
"If you have any information regarding the burglary or the people responsible, please contact us."
